Randstad is partnering with a market leader in the delivery of clinical laboratory products & services. They currently have presence in more than 150 countries while their products and solutions steadily help improve clinical services across the world. They are currently looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain to oversee the management across the Malaysia operation.

about the job
To provide leadership and coordinate end customers, outsourced 3rd party logistics company and regional headquarters on matters related to supply chain

Main responsibilities:

  • Supply chain management
  • Logistics operations
  • Lead Supply Chain team to meet objectives
  • Provide guidance to resolve customer issues
  • Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
  • Update planning and inventory systems to ensure demand levels are accurate
  • Maintain a strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties such as logistics, warehouse,production and suppliers to ensure business goals are being met

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in pharma or medical industries. Alternatively can be from 3PL companies that manage pharma or medical clients.
  • Experience using SAP or S4 Hana and strong command in MS Excel and Pivot Table
  • Familiar with Supply Chain ISO & GPDMD requirements.
  • Having the ability to analyze, understand, and interpret patterns and trends.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency when working with both internal and external customers

You will manage a team of 5 individuals.
