Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Medical Assistant
- Registered with Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan
- Willing to work on shift and public holiday
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills,
Job Descriptions
- Assessment / treatment / implementation / evaluation of patients who present
- Able to triage patient and prioritizing their care liaising with medical staff to ensure that patient receive high standard of care
- As a liaison between the doctor and patient which require compassion, empathy and good bedside manner in care.
- Identify patient requirement
- Able to help calm patient down, listen and answer their questions or soothe them through reactions of shock and pain.
