Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation of nursing care delivery
- Establish goals and objectives for the nursing team
- Monitor and review nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in induction
- Assess nurses’ competencies
- Manage staff development plans for career progression
- Evaluate occurrence report and implement prevention plans
- Perform budget planning
- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources
- Plan staff schedule
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Nursing
- Possess an Advanced Diploma in Critical Care, is an advantage
- Preferably with 2 to 4 years’ leadership experience
- Able to commit shift duties
