Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Involve in program development, planning, management and on-ground marketing activities.
- Manage training schedule and developing training module and presentation materials.
- Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on products and sales techniques on a regular basis.
- Assist customers with finding products to meet customer's needs through in-person consultation.
Requirements:
- Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good coordination, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate on health and wellness, keen in continuous self-improvement and good TCM experiences will be important attributes.
