This role is to process and review all medical/ health Guarantee Letter within specified authority limit and ensures that payments are made within the turnaround time (TAT)
- To assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit
- Responsible for the day-to-day 24/7 operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and discharge)
- To be responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard
- To support Helpline tem with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement
- To response to customer’s enquiries on claim reimbursement matters in a timely manner
- Assume the responsibilities of other team members as and when requires
- Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department
- Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claims
- Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Able to work independently in a 24/7 fast-paced environment
- Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz’s enhanced customer experience journey
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights
