Job Description
• Coordinate, facilitate and manage set-up of several HIS/EMR end user technical areas including, but not limited to, order entry (CPOE), new Providers and new end users.
• Assist in the development of end user training needs relative to documentation for new and existing end users as new, refresher, or updated education needs arise.
• Maintain contact with HIS/EMR vendor technical and functional personnel regarding application capabilities and tasks regarding implementation, enhancement and support.
• Maintain relationships with Clients regarding system enhancements, implementation and support issues and tasks.
• Enhance knowledge base through professional growth and self-development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
• Healthcare related Bachelor’s degree; Medicine/Nursing/Pharmacy/Biomedical or Clinical Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of healthcare experience or related hands-on experience in HIS/EMR environment.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within healthcare field.
• Displays computer proficiency and fast learner with ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Display customer services skills, strong interpersonal skills, close attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess group presentation and facilitation skills, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including questioning and feedback ability.
• Require occasional traveling for onsite implementation/training/support and in-person demonstration/ presentation.
