Job Description
THE JOB
- Responsible in managing the salesforce team under Government Business for the Pharmaceuticals. This included all sales related to LPO, Tender & Pharmaniaga APPL Business. This is requirement to this position to implement the sales & marketing strategies, promotional activities, budgets, sales forecast, meeting the
revenue & market growth, responsible for the sales performance of sales plans and sales team assigned. - Responsible to assist Manager I, Govt Business in managing business under Institution likes MINDEF, UN, PPUM, PPUKM & HUSM.
- Responsible to develop good rapport and network in the government sector in-line with company’s strategies and objectives.
- To achieve sales targets and forecasted figures (LPO, MOH & Pharrnaniaga APPL Tender) through the available resources of manpower, intelligence, network and the study of consumer trends.
- To lead the sales team towards achieving high performance through motivaton and continuous programmes. To prepare & propose allocation of the sales target and territory for every sales personnel and also to review periodically for sales personnel on their itineraries, route lists, collections and suggest methods of improvement for customer coverage, sales or product penetration in their signed territories.
- To initiate programmes and activities at government hospitals and institutions such as CME activities, Lunch talk, participating in medical exhibitions on a pro-active mode to ensure smooth coordination, desired sales results and product awareness levels are achieved.
- Manage and monitoring all customers complaint under government business
- Manage & monitor all Govt Business sales forecast and coodinate well with business support teamn order to provide better services (in term of product availability & delivery of stocks) to government business and customers.
- To implement a good of short and long-term plans, strategies and tactics which are in tune with the current market situation and takes into consideration of competitor’s presence and activities.
THE PERSON
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Profesional Marketing / Sales or Medical Science qualifications.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
