Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To audit and process Medical Claims from hospitals and panel clinics.
• To process and respond to customers' complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
• To audit and process Medical Claims from hospitals and panel clinics.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Medical Science/Pharmacy.• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in GP clinic. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in drugs and diagnosis is an added advantage.
• Good team player.
• Fluent in English and any other additional language is an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Computer literate (Good in Excel, Word and Power Point).

Salary range from RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 based on experience and background.
