Job Description

Within IFCN Telesales Team itself, this role is required to have consistent communication & discussion
with the telesales team whenever required and to provide relevant nutrition related advice to the
internal & external consumers. Represent the company (client) as subject matter expert in the areas of
nutrition related topics and respond/ handle consumers’ queries to build consumers’ trust & confidence
level towards the brand. Externally, this role may require keeping in touch with IFCN CCSC Manager &
IFCN Digital Performance Marketing Manager - to maintain relationship and gather latest update on
company promotion, and medical / product knowledge, key messages and as well as the company goal/
  • Develop and implement basic materials such as FAQs on possible question from the end
  • user/consumer related to nutrition concern on child growth & development.
  • To share consumers insights/feedback on product (if any) with relevant stakeholder which can
  • potentially help to improve consumer experience with the brand.
  • Consult consumers’ that registered/interested with Enfamama A+ app as part of the campaign ‘free
  • nutrition advice & tips’ service.
  • Should be able to build rapport & consult where necessary with client & engage them on meetings/
  • conversations.
  • Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and provide diet coaching & advice to the consumers on
  • behalf of company (client)
  • Execute/promote/educate consumers with the company wellness campaigns that integrate seamlessly
  • with the company strategy.
  • Work with other internal departments in order to execute wellness strategies and campaigns.
  • Interact and collaborate with consumers, on nutrition & diet that tie into the consumers’ objectives.
  • Build and maintain a close relationship with new, potential or existing consumers.
  • Display superior consumer service and support by attending to consumers’ needs.
  • Ensure to support the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Help and collaborates with cross functional team (CRM, CCSC & other support functions) in the
  • execution of basic and comprehensive nutrition info.
  • Keep abreast with market changing conditions and product to ensure that all activities reflect the
  • actual needs of the target audience and maintain highest level of quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal/external diverse functional departments
  • Well versed with WHO code, local health Minister Nutrition's policies for marketing of infant formulas,Singapore & Brunei Code of ethics
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Health Science from Universities accredited
  • by MQA.
  • Experience in the nutritional products or infant product to the healthcare professionals will be
  • an advantage.
  • Customer service centric and possess good interpersonal and communication skills both written
  • and spoken with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • High initiative, must be a team player and process good inter-personal skills
  •  Excellent verbal communication and written skill, self-confidence and has friendly personality.

  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good understandings for the Malaysian Code of Ethics on the marketing and sales of infant formulas and the regulatory landscape of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei
