Job Description
Sunway Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy chain in Malaysia owned by Sunway Group, one of Malaysia’s largest conglomerates with core interests in healthcare, property, construction and education. We are a growing retail chain with 13 outlets in multiple locations across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor.

We are looking for pharmacy assistants with passion for retail who can start IMMEDIATELY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care as well as general advice on health and beauty care to customers
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
- To assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties
- Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and monitor inventory, stock and expired products
- Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
- Oversee & motivate other members of the staff
- Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all time
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
- Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- High performing candidates will be considered for PRP enrolment.
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
