Job Description
Job Responsbilities:
- Perfom full cycle of recruitment
- Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates based on clients' requirement
- Coordinate interview arrangement
- Conduct and document feedback/debrief with candidates and clients after interview
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong rapport with clients to support their recruitment needs
Requirements:
- Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
- Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Training will be provided
