Job Description
Working location:
Singapore

- Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital
- Parkway East Hospital
You will have the opportunity to work in the following areas:
- Accident & Emergency Department
- Endoscopy
- Haematology Oncology Ward
- High Dependency Unit
- Intensive Care Unit
- Labour and Delivery Ward
- Multidiscipline Ward (Medical Surgical)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Obstetrics & Gynaecology Ward
- Operating Theatre
- Paediatric Ward
The Role:
Maintain professional standards in the provision of nursing care and patient education to patients in collaboration with members of the health care team. Provide orientation and guidance for junior nursing personnel through continuing education and supervision to achieve quality nursing care. Assume responsibilities for the day to day operations of the unit in the absence of the Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Nursing and Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
- Advanced Diploma / Post Basic in related area.
- At least 5 years' continuous acute hospital experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, love challenges and able to perform tasks efficiently and execute clinical decision independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and coach staff and manage multiple stakeholders
- Nursing with kindness and compassion
Working hours / patterns:
3 rotating shifts / 2 rotating shifts with on call and sleep in
