As the Training Manager you will manage full spectrum of training and development of employees in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. You will identify training and development needs along with establishing training & development plan to address competency gaps. You are required to support the execution and follow-up of competency assessment. You will be responsible for developing and execution of induction and onboarding of new hire.
You will be communicating and interacting with both internal and external stakeholder. Working closely with trainers, vendors or service providers with excellent communication skills.

You should have a Degree in preferable Pharmaceutical, Science or equivalent. Additional advantage for candidate with certificate in field of management.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in sales training with a background in pharma sales is highly desirable.
You are a self-starter, a strong communicator, good interpersonal skills, enjoy engaging with people in delivering an effective and impactful training.
You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
